How often do you service?

We service on a weekly or twice weekly basis, Monday-Sunday. The service days depend on where you are located in the Niagara Region.

What areas do you service?

We offer a pet waste removal service in St. Catharines, Hamilton,Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Jordan, Pelham, Beamsville, Grimsby, and Stoney Creek

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we do not require you to sign a contract. We can start and stop your service if you are on a monthly plan. If you decide to get a 3 month or annual plan to get the price breaks you will pay for the months of service in advance & will not be able to cancel service until the last month of service. Only exception is the decease of an animal.

Is there any extra charges for the first visit?

There may be charges for the initial visit depending on the current waste load in your yard. Initial cleanups may require more time because there is more waste.

How do you dispose the collected dog waste?

We dispose the collected dog waste at our local landfills within the Niagara Region.

Do we need to be at home when you come?

We do not require you to be at home unless payment has not been received for the initial clean. If we do not have access to your backyard on a weekly basis, we then require you to be home on the day of service.

Can my dog be left in the yard?

We love dogs, so yes they can be in the yard while we are working. If your dog is aggressive and unpredictable, we ask that you keep him/her inside the house while we are scooping.

Do you work in the winter?

Dogs create waste all year long. Even through the cold months, we are here to pick up and dispose your dog’s waste. Some customers prefer to place their account on hold during the cold months, but there may be an extra charge for the first cleanup the following spring.

How do I pay Pooper Scooper’s Niagara?

For One Time cleanups payment is due in full on the day of service. You are able to make payments over the phone by credit card, or we can receive cheques or cash on the day of service.

For our clients that are on monthly plans, payments are due on receipt. We can set you up on a reoccurring monthly payment plan, where we automatically charge your credit card every month so you have nothing to worry about. Payments can be arranged by cash or cheque on the next service day after you receive your invoice.

What happens during bad weather conditions or in the winter?

Sometimes the weather doesn’t co-operate. When this happens, we will let you know ahead of time that we will be unable to provide service that day. However, we will come as soon as the weather permits. Our cold weather policy is designed to protect our staff, and we will not expose ourselves to temperatures colder than -15 Degrees Celsius.

Do you pick up and dispose any other animal waste?

We only pick up and dispose of dog and cat waste.
